I have loved being an ambassador for Omstars, taking classes from a variety of instructors, and even filming with Omstars last year (classes coming soon!). What I love about Omstars as well is that it’s not just the physical practice of yoga. You can explore philosophy, anatomy, as well as cultural discussions and even cooking videos!

If you’ve been to classes with me lately, this is the style I’ve been teaching because I truly believe in it. I am in Lara Heimann’s online teacher training and love what I am learning.

I have been to classes in person with both Caley Alyssa and Mackenzie Miller and they are wonderful. I’ve also seen Melini Seri’s incredible practice in person and would recommend her classes. All of these instructors work incredibly hard. If you’re looking to really kick your practice up a notch, check this site out.
